Check out 3 full weddings under 'Galleries' then 'Wedding photos' from 3 different years to get an idea of how I capture a full wedding instead of just seeing "best shots" from different weddings.  Important when choosing a wedding photographer!  Its a big day and you should get proper coverage and quality.  Every image is edited and care is taken to capturing it all including details like center pieces, wedding colors, accessories and fun candid shots of all your guests and family.

 

Price Includes: Consultation(S) (ie: going over wedding details, wants, advice with wedding timeline to insure proper photography coverage...etc.), insured experienced professional photographer with all the essential equipment, full photographic coverage day of wedding, all the hours of post production/editing time, private gallery on website for family and friends to view, DVD of all the final edited images with full printing ability (typically 400-500 depending on wedding)... and all the extra awesomeness I deliver in personality, great attitude and ease of making sure the day goes smooth.

 

Travel expense added for travel over 25 miles from my studio... or from where I am staying as I also photograph in MI, CO, CA, OR and HI

Engagement Session: to use for "save the date" announcements, gifts, to put out the day of your wedding or just for you. I HIGHLY recommend this package. The engagement session allows you to get comfortable with me and my lens as well as for me to get to know you better before your big day! I like to cater my style to fit your personality and the more comfortable we are with each other, the better the photos and artistic capabilities! It's a laid back good time; we'll go on an adventure and have some fun while snapping some great shots

 

Weather insurance: If the weather is (knock on wood) bad and we are not able to get as many creative bride and groom shots we had hoped for, I offer a 1 hour photo shoot back in wedding day gear the next afternoon or week to get more artistic, fun, beautiful bride and groom shots

 

You'll receive a gold plated CD/DVD of all your edited images with full printing ability.  The engagement pictures you'll receive within two weeks of that shoot; the wedding images, 5-7 wks after your wedding day.

Larger weddings (i.g. 200+ or 300+) could add anywhere from $200-$600 to the package price

The added price for larger weddings is due to the need for more pictures to be taken and a lot more post production time! As well as possibly the need for a second photographer for a portion of the day depending on the scale of the wedding.  Please be honest in your estimated guest count so I can be prepared. 

 

Package enhancements

 

Second Photographer: I am a one woman show.  I prefer to rely on my artistic eye and camera skills. I'm adapted at covering thoroughally the documentation of your big day gracefully and efficiently with a big smile.  However, if the job is huge and it calls for a second photographer, if you'd like to have a photo booth setup or if you are wanting the additional coverage of a second photographer, then I will graceciously oblige by hiring a great one I know and value their skills to work with.  Priced upon request and determined by scale or hours covered.  

 

Photo Albums: 

An average wedding usually generates 400-500 final edited images.  All images are printed matte/pearl with a border at a phenomenal photo lab that caters to professional photographers.  The printing quality is spectacular and makes a big difference. Every full album and some Top 200 albums come with an artistic handmade collage of extra images mod podged on the inside flap or cover.  The album is put together in a chronological order with thought to the layout and appearance of each grouping of images.  View my VisualLife Photography Facebook page to see examples in an album titled Photo Album Examples     

Albums are relatively affordable to coax you into ordering one.  I'd rather you have fantastically printed images in your possession.  Besides, will you make the time to put one together yourself... nicely? 

 

Top 200 images:

a nice photo album of 200 4x6 photographs.  The day you come to view a slideshow of your images and pick up your CD/DVD, you'll be able to easily narrow down to your top 200 images on my computer by deleting the ones you don't want.  You'll get your album in about 2 wks from that day.

More love is put into this large album of all your wedding photos.  More room for a fun collage and/or other artistic additions (i.g. adding a page with your invitation).  The album will be ready the day you come to view a slideshow of your images.
